I have bought both AVStream for iPhone and iPad. But both have problems with SOUNDFLOWER.KEXT that is impossible to correctly install. Fix this as much as possible and it will be FIVE-STAR. Video streaming is perfect, but on Mac OS it is useless without sound.
Enough said.
It works like Splashtop without the yearly fee. I recommend it to people all the time, and even though it hasnt been updated in years, it still works great on my 6+.
I think this is much better than air video even only considering video streaming function. much faster and much better at showing subtitle. In addition it integrates remote desktop fuction with it. I think its remote desktop performance is as good as that of splashtop. All in all this app is one of the best apps on the market now. I can strongly recommend this to anyone.
The remote access to the desktop works just fine, but i cannot play a single video in the avatreamer player. Folders and files are there, but when trying to watch something a get a "playback failed" message and thats it. Very disapointed. If someone figures out how to make this work, please let me know.
